Our Return Policy applies only to online purchases made through Bunchgenie.com
We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Returns and Exchanges are available if initiated within seven (7) days of receiving your package (excluding non-returnable items) of the ship date received.
You must email customer service within seven days to request the return or exchange, any claims made after 7 days will NOT be accepted.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to customer error

Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form of an E-gift card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price if applicable.
Order Not Received
If your item has not arrived within 30 days (45 days for international) after you placed your order, please contact STORE EMAIL ADDRESS and we will promptly take care of you.
Shipping times can be longer for certain countries such as Canada, Australia and UK, for example. We are currently working on providing quicker shipping times for all of our customers, worldwide, but we do not have an estimated date for when that will be active.
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bunchgenie.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Bunchgenie.com will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product, you should email us at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Promotional Sale and Clearance items:
Unfortunately, SALE, and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be return or refunded.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
Cancellation on Orders
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 35% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies
Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Bunchgenie.com. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
